Client Satisfaction

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience here at Kalon Hair Studio. In the event that you re not completely satisfied, PLEASE let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. All services are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. This service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you may have changed your mind on. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management.

 

* PLEASE keep in mind, using a box color or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result!

To ensure your desired appointment date and time, we recommend you pre-book your next appointment…even a few! Trust us, no one wants to make sure you get in more than us!

Children 12+

To our amazing clientele, It’s no secret that we love you and your minis, it’s been incredible watching them grow! With the salon space and busy staff, having children under the age of 12 poses unique and previously unforeseen challenges. Unfortunately we cannot assure their safety in the salon— we have hot tools, chemical products, sharp objects and no facilities to care for your children while you are in our hands.

 

We kindly ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to accompany you during your services. It is in everyone’s best interest that children stay safe and out of harms way. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Client’s who bring children to their appointment without alternate care for them while receiving a service may be asked to reschedule and a late cancel fee will apply.

Return/Exchange of Product

We love our products and know you will love them too; however, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please promptly return the products for an exchange or salon credit. All returns/exchanges must be within 10 days of purchase. We do not offer cash back for returns, only salon credit.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be used for products or services at Kalon Hair Studio and must be presented at the time of service. Kalon Hair Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards or unauthorized use. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Gift Cards are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards expire 1 year from date of purchase.

Pricing

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or raise prices without notification, as the beauty industry is ever changing.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advanced, As we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked months ago. When an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time, and our clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

 

Due to the individual nature of the services we offer, our stylist prepare in advance for each client.

 

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment; in the event that you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a 50% CHARGE of the estimated services scheduled will incur. If you No Show your appointment, a 100% CHARGE of the estimated services scheduled will incur.

 

Repeat No Show and untimely cancellations will require future appointments be prepaid. Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, MUST cancel within 4 hours of the appointment.

 

If we are unable to charge your card or you dispute the charge policy agreed upon at booking, You will be dismissed as a client and blocked from scheduling any future appointments with us.

 

All returned checks are charged a returned check fee of $50. Upon notification, the client must replace the returned check with a cash/credit payment within 10 days. After those 10 days you will be dismissed as a client and blocked from scheduling.

Running Late?

We get it, life gets busy…sometimes too busy. We will always work hard to get you in and out of your appointment on time, while making sure you leave feeling like you can conquer the world! If you are running late for your appointment, PLEASE let us know! If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will likely ask you to reschedule, and a 50% fee will incur. We will do everything we can to still get you in, while also considering our other clients.

 

We understand that accidents happen, people get sick, and/or emergencies occur. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occurrences so as to prevent abuse of the policy. Our goal is to be preventative in order to protect and accommodate our team and guest.
